Our 32-Point Service Checklist

Wilson Brothers H.V.A.C., Inc. uses a 32-Point Checklist, which is double that of most companies. When doing a cleanout, our service technicians will spend more time in your home than other companies - sometimes twice as long - but the job will be done right. Our high standards are designed to keep your equipment functioning at peak performance!

Our Preferred Customer Agreement

Wilson Brothers H.V.A.C., Inc. offers an array of service agreements to our clients. Service agreements include: 1) one complete 32-point cleanout/safety inspection on your heating or air conditioning system (includes our three month "no plug guarantee"); 2) Entitles customer to Preferred status which includes a 15% discount on future repairs as well as no overtime charges on emergency repairs; 3) Preferred customers also receive priority service over customers who do not have a service agreement (we will handle the preferred customer calls first).

Flat Rate Pricing

For our customers' convenience, we are a flat rate company. Simply put, flat rate pricing provides a repair for a predetermined price. The price of the the repair is based on a national average of the cost of the part and how long it should take to make the repair. This price is printed in each technician's flat rate pricing book that they will share with you BEFORE the repair is made. No matter how long the repair takes, your price remains the same.
